<< BACK Harry Prout Partner Harry has over 40 years experience in the coatings and waterproofing field. He founded Permaquik Corporation in 1978 and acted as its President until the company’s sale to Tremco in late 2006.  Harry introduced crystalline waterproofing to North America in 1965 and has vast experience in cement-based products.  Harry is a graduate of U.B.C. and served as an Ontario Director for the Canadian Exporters Association prior to its merge with the Canadian Manufacturer's Association.  Ectoflex is the latest system that Harry is involved with since it was spun off from Permaquik Corporation in 2006. Rolf Brockman Partner Rolf has been actively involved in moisture protection for over 26 years.  Serving on numerous industry associations boards throughout North America has provided invaluable experience and a good understanding of the needs of the waterproofing and restoration industry.  Rolf was a former owner in the Permaquik group of companies prior to the sale to Tremco. Jennifer Prout-Haugh Architectural Representative Jennifer joined Edco Technologies in November 2006, after its separation from Permaquik Corporation.  She is quickly learning the tools of the trade from two of the industry’s most respected individuals; Harry Prout and Rolf Brockman.  While attending University, Jennifer worked at Permaquik and anticipates that the knowledge she aquired during that time will be beneficial in this endeavour.
